Yundeng Gongbu

Yundeng Gongbu is a scholar of the five sciences and a lineage holder of Sakya astronomical calendar traditions, currently serving as Chief Khenpo of Sakya Monastery Advanced Buddhist College and head of the Sakya Translation Institute.
Born in Lhasa in 1991, he entered monastic life at Sakya Monastery at thirteen and later pursued systematic study in Buddhist philosophy, language, history, astronomy, medicine, and traditional sciences.
